I spend alot of time looking for creative ads, and sometimes I come across ads or signs that’s definately not creative but it’s usually good for a few laughs.
I don’t know what’s funnier, the brand name or the tag line.

The cigarette one is pretty much what it says. The translation of the Japanese text word for word is as follows:[I] cigarette butt (obj. marker) drainage gutter (direction marker) threw away. to say (that is called) hid (hiding).
So, basically, what this boils down to is “I threw away my cigarette butt in the gutter (drainage). That’s called (That is to say) hiding [in the drain].”
