I’m a terrible speller, and even with spell check I’ll still manage to screw a few words here and there.  For that exact reason I check and double check and triple check my spelling before I get something on my body for the rest of my life.  If you don’t think it’s a big deal, check these out!

Here’s how you install a window unit air condition

Step 1 setup your air condition brackets

Step 2 lower you air condition unit onto the bracket

Step 3 get on the air condition unit and secure the unit to the bracket

Step 4 secure the other side

Step 5 pray you don’t fall off!!

This is why I refuse to exercise!  it’s way too dangerous, especially when there’s a video camera around!

Looks like the Cuban taekwondo athlete and his coah will be banned for life after this stunt Angel Matos pulled in the bronz-metal match.  Matos was disqualified after taking more then 1 minute injury timeout, it looks like Matos didn’t agree with the call and decided to give the ref a piece of his mind.. or in this case foot.
